Why do I need it?
officeCUBE saves you time and money by simplifying,
consolidating and streamlining you business
commuications.
officeCUBE is aimed at the small business from 2 to 20
users but there is no limit to the number of users that
can be added to the system. Scale-ability is designed into
officeCUBE.
officeCUBE is a single hardware platform which provides
all your companys' IT,telephony and security needs. It
enables a small business to take control of its communications costs, substantially lowering them by reducing the
following costs:
- Hardware
- Software
- Call Charges
- 10 DDI Line rental
- Cabling
- Reduce travel costs
- Energy efficiency
- Maintenance and support
With Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automated
Call
Handling, calls to your office, on any of the 10 DDI
lines
provided, are never missed and are directed
efficiently to
the correct person whether they are at
their desk, or to a
mobile on the move or voicemail. Email is SPAM and VIRUS
checked so your electronic communication is secure.
officeCUBE enables your small company to present a
professional, big business image to its customers whilst
saving
your company thousands of pounds a year.
When you are starting up a new business or moving office
it can be a daunting and time consuming process having to
liaise with the many suppliers required in order to get your email,
Blackberry,
fax, telephones, printers and PCs working, let alone
working
together efficiently as one communications system.
Sure you can pick up the Yellow Pages, and phone around
getting various quotes, but if you are not technically savvie, its
nearly impossible to be sure that you are getting what you
want and also if its value for money. It's even harder to predict
the on-going costs. And on top of all that who is going to
maintain and run it for you?
The officeCUBE concept aims to address these issues by
simplifying what you need in order to get all these services
running. In its simplest form you will need a single piece of
hardware called the officeCUBE appliance, a broadband
connection (supplied by us so no need to source yourself),
a few IP telephones, some PCs and a printer and that's it.
Your office is ready to go.
No expensive server or application software and therefore no
recurring license fees or no limit to the number of users of the
system. You will get 10 DDI telephone lines with numbers of
your choice so if you want a London number and you are
based in John O'Groates… no problem, as an added bonus
these numbers can be moved with your officeCUBE appliance
so if you're moving offices again you can take your numbers
with you at no extra cost. You can of course port your existing
BT business number as well.
There are no recurring line charges, only what you pay for the
broadband connection which is a business grade circuit, 16Mb fully managed, and with no
download limits or minimum contract.
Think about that for a moment, you pay BT for the analogue
line used for the ADSL circuit at £10.50 a month and
a monthly charge for the ADSL circuit of £87 per month
and for that you get 10 telephone lines to use as you please
with an 16Mb ADSL circuit.
BT would charge £710 a quarter just to lease you 10 DDI
lines and that's ISDN 2e, if you use ISDN30e you would be
looking at about £60-£125 per line per quarter
with minimum of 8 lines.
Have a look at the one off setup fees for both these services
ISDN price list.
Actually trying to decipher the costs for connection fees,
various charges, and the confusingly many different pricing
options makes trying to workout what you will pay extremely
difficult. With the officeCUBE it's simple. You pay for the
ADSL line rental and call cost from 1p per minute. No tie-in
periods or minimum contract lengths, you cannot get more
straight forward than that.
The officeCUBE appliance provides the ability to synchronise
your email across your PC, laptop and mobile phone, that is
Blackberry like functionality with no fees to be paid to
Blackberry or us for that matter, of course you will have to
pay the data costs of your mobile provider but we can help
get you a price plan which includes data in it.
All your files can be shared and also your printers. Even
better your data and emails are all virus and spam protected
with free daily updates. The officeCUBE system has the
highest levels of security built in, with a total of three
independant firewalls protecting the system. However the
system allows secure remote access for home workers
allowing them to access company data remotely, including
their emails.
Remote workers can also have “extensions” at home so
they can literally work as if they were in the office. Your
clients will never know that your workforce isn't sat at
their desks potentially being more productive elsewhere and
generating you cash. In these days of high traveling costs,
remote working can be a real time and money saver as well
as increasing your revenue stream.
Finally, the officeCUBE appliance provides added security to
your business premises with a surveillance and monitoring
system capable of the highest quality recording and playback
of triggered alarms and events. The system's images can be
viewed remotely from any internet connect computer and even
from your mobile phone.
How do I do it?
You need an IP network, don't worry if you don't have one, we
will design, install and commission one for you, an officeCUBE
appliance, a broadband connection (if you require telephony
then you will need to purchase the PBX application with 10 DDI
lines and we will provide the broadband circuit free of charge.
There is no minimum contract and the telephony service can
be terminated with one month's notice.
The officeCUBE appliance is one physical platform, eliminating
the need for multiple maintenance contracts, which also
means you are only dealing with one vendor which will speed
up the procurement process, saving time and money.
ALL Networks, our parent company, provides a one stop shop
for network design, cabling, IP telephones, ADSL routers,
Ethernet switches, web design, even office furniture!
